Learn how Technolozia collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website.
Last Updated: November 4, 2026
1. Introduction
At Technolozia (https://technolozia.com), we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described on this page. Technolozia is operated by Aman Ullah Hridoy, Bangladesh.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message when you contact us.
- Comments: your name, email address, optional website and comment when you leave a comment on an article. WordPress also automatically records your IP address and browser information with each comment to help prevent spam.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to keep the website running.
Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. It collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you reached our website, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. See sections 4 and 5.
Cookies: see section 4.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To display and moderate comments (every comment is reviewed before it appears).
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
- To maintain, secure and improve the website.
- To understand how visitors use the website and improve our content, using Google Analytics (see section 5).
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. WordPress, the software that runs this website, may set cookies when you leave a comment (to remember your name and email if you choose) and when administrators log in. When you first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or deny analytics cookies. Google Analytics runs and sets its cookies only if you accept. We also store small cookies to remember your choice. You can change your choice at any time using the “Manage consent” tab on the page. If you withdraw consent, we stop measuring your visits, but cookies already set stay in your browser until they expire or you delete them. If we introduce advertising in the future, those services may also set cookies; we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly without them.
5. Third-Party Services
- Gravatar: when you comment, a scrambled version of your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to show your profile picture.
- Google Fonts: the website loads its fonts from Google’s servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.
- Google Search Console: we use it to see how our website appears in Google Search results, for example which searches show our pages, how often they are clicked, and whether pages are indexed. It gives us summary reports only; it does not place cookies on your device or collect personal information from visitors to this website.
- Google Analytics 4: if you accept analytics cookies, we use it to understand how visitors use the website. It then uses cookies and sends information about your visit to Google, which may process it on servers outside your country. We use the reports to improve our content, and we do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally. You can read how Google uses information from websites that use its services, or stop Google Analytics from measuring your visits with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Google AdSense (planned, subject to approval): to show advertisements, which may use cookies. Not active yet.
- Backups: copies of the website, including its database, are stored by our hosting provider and in a Google Drive account for backup purposes.
- Affiliate links (future): if we add affiliate links, retailers may use cookies to track referrals. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
These third parties have their own privacy policies. Links to other websites are not covered by this policy.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, restricted administrator access and regular backups. However, no method of online transmission or storage is 100% secure. Contact form messages are delivered to our email inbox (Gmail). We keep them only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and we keep comments unless you ask us to remove them.
7. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update your information.
- Delete your personal information or remove your comment.
You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser. Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
